Placing your website order

Use our shopping basket and pay securely via PayPal. Alternatively, we are happy to accept cheques or postal orders and will dispatch your item as soon as the cheque has cleared.

 

Delivery information

We will endeavor to dispatch orders 3-5 days after ordering. Please be patient during busy times such as the run up to Christmas. If you need an item for a specific date please contact us and we will do everything possible to meet your requirements.

We use Royal Mail to post items first class but will use a courier for heavy items.

Goods under £15.....£2.50 p&p

Goods £15.01 - £100.....£4.50 p&p

Goods over £100....FREE DELIVERY

We will deliver FREE to parts of postal codes DL8 and DL7. Phone 07734 699533 to find out if you are in this area.

Sorry but we only post within the UK at present.

Returns

You may return item to us within 14 days providing it's in original packaging and in an 'as new' condition and we will offer you a refund on receipt. You will however be responsible for the postage charges.

Always ensure you receive a proof of postage from the Post Office.

All toys we sell have been safety tested,have European safety labels and use non-toxic paints.

Going Green

We use recycled packaging whenever possible. All our products (Apart from one that we couldnt resist!) do not need batteries or mains power for you to use them. This means as well as costing less you are doing your bit for the environment.
